I'm an accredited and highly skilled integrative therapist with extensive experience supporting clients in making meaningful and lasting changes in their lives. Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of individuals, many of whom have discovered new ways to cope, grow, and move forward.
My areas of expertise include trauma, relationship challenges, neurodivergent-focused therapy, stress and anxiety, and coping with grief and loss. My approach is grounded in creating a safe, open, and accepting space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely.
I understand that seeking therapy takes courage, and I am here to guide, support, and empower you on your journey toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and a more fulfilling life.

I’m a Person-Centred Counsellor, and I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly without fear of judgement. My aim is to really listen and understand your experience, not to analyse you or tell you what to do.
I believe that each of us already holds the capacity for growth and change, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. Sometimes we just need the right kind of space. A space where you feel safe, accepted, and genuinely understood to begin making sense of things.
You might be feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure why things don’t feel right. Whatever you bring, we can explore it together at your pace.
I work with adults from all backgrounds and experiences. I’m particularly aware that many people, especially men, can find it hard to reach out or talk about what’s really going on. You don’t need to perform, explain everything perfectly, or be in crisis to come to counselling.
Above all, I aim to offer a down-to-earth, respectful relationship where you can be yourself and feel supported on your journey of personal development.
