Couples counselling offers a confidential space for you and your partner to talk about what is happening in your relationship. You may be finding it difficult to communicate, feeling distant from one another, struggling with conflict, trust, change, or the impact of life pressures on your relationship.
Counselling can offer time to better understand each other’s experiences, explore patterns within the relationship, and consider what may help you move forward together.
Couples counselling is available for adult couples in person in Widnes or by video. It is provided by Shelley.
Your first couples session lasts 90 minutes and costs £100. Further sessions last 50 minutes and cost £80.
The first session gives both partners time to explain what has brought them to counselling, discuss what they hope for from the process, and consider whether couples counselling feels like the right next step.
